Mission
The Health Education Center
of the Park Nicollet Medical Foundation exists to:
  • Improve the health of our customers. 
  • Facilitate learning about the practice of Medicine for primary care physicians and other health professionals; 
  • Develop and implement innovative educational programs that contribute to more effective health care delivery systems; 
  • Provide leadership in health promotion, disease prevention and chronic illness management. 
  • Positively impact health care utilization. 
Our Teams Goal:

We will know we are achieving our Mission when

  • We offer a comprehensive schedule of health education and continuing medical education services that meet and exceed our customers expectations and surpass all of our local competition. 
  • For those programs we develop and deliver with Health Education Center staff, we will have more documentation of program effectiveness than any other health education program provider in the Upper Midwest. 
  • As an extension of our Park Nicollet program offerings, we will have the Nations largest catalogue of health education program materials and training resources with documented health improvement outcomes.
